How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up with your work email — no credit card required. You get the full Starter feature set with up to 25 trial dossiers. After 14 days you can pick a paid plan or your workspace is paused.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade and downgrade any time from your workspace settings. Pro-rated charges or credits are calculated automatically.
Do you offer non-profit or academic pricing?
Yes. Reach out via the Contact page with proof of status; we typically offer 40-60% off Team for qualifying organizations.
Is data stored in the EU?
By default yes. EU customers' workspaces are pinned to eu-west-1 (Frankfurt). US customers can opt into us-east-1 on Scale.
Are there usage limits on AI document checks?
Starter and Team include unlimited document AI checks on dossiers within the plan limits. Scale adds custom-trained models with no per-document cost.
