Terms of Service

1. The service

DossFox provides hosted document workflow software. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it within your workspace for the duration of your subscription.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Only upload documents you have the right to process.
• Don't reverse-engineer the service or attempt to circumvent its security.
• Don't use DossFox to process documents in ways that would violate applicable law.

3. Pricing & billing

Plan prices are listed on the pricing page. Billing is monthly or annual, in advance. We'll email you 30 days before any price change. You can cancel any time from workspace settings; your subscription runs to the end of the current period.

4. Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan. No credit card is required. After the trial, your workspace is paused until you choose a plan.

5. Service level

Team and Scale plans target 99.9% monthly uptime. If we miss that target, you receive service credit per the SLA addendum (available on Scale).

6. Data

Workspace content is yours. We process it only as described in the privacy policy and DPA. On termination you have 90 days to export; after that we delete all customer data.

7. Liability

Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law and the courts of Lisbon, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
