How we hire

Send a short note + something you've shipped. No CV is fine if you point to work.
- Conversation
30-minute call with a teammate, no panel. We talk about real problems, not riddles.
- Paid trial
Half a day of paid, real work — bug fix, design pass, customer call. We want to see how you work, not how you whiteboard.
- Offer
Within a week. Salary bands published internally; you'll know the range before the call.
